Kitchen-to upgrade or not to upgrade!
Remodeled kitchens is one of the most desirable improvement! Buyers no longer like white cabinets but prefer stained (which is more expensive because of the type of wood needed). They also prefer Granite in higher-end homes and solid-surface countertops in less expensive! High-end appliances, double ovens, convection ovens, warming oven and organization are desired features. Gas cooktops were more desired, but electric is becoming popular as well. If your home is older, it is a must to upgrade appliances, ad great if you can update the cabinets and countertops.
