Who Is Virtual Properties Realty?

The Broker/Owners (Steve Wagner & Karen Burks) began their realtor careers together in 1989 with a large real estate franchise. After acquiring many designations, they decided that they could improve their mission goals immensely by starting their own real estate company.

Since 1999, Virtual Properties Realty has grown to well over 500 experienced, licensed agents throughout the Metro Atlanta area. In 2004, Virtual Properties created a new division, Georgia Land Solutions, and a Commercial Division.  All agents and divisions work closely together on selling each others’ listings!
