Established Older Homes in Suwanee and North Lawrenceville - A Better Buy!

Are You a Buyer Who Wants a Newer Home, No Older Than 5 Years?  You can, of course, find new homes, but in the best location?  Let's look at the area of Suwanee on the Lawrenceville end.  Yes, there are a few new homes, but very few.  Yet, here are the award-winning schools, ease of access to I85, and before the point where the traffic starts to get really bad going north.  The best homes in this area were built about 15-20 years ago.  They have also been updated with new cabinets ad granite countertops, new bathrooms, new carpeting, new roof, newer heating and air potentially, fantastic landscaping, and much larger lots (.5-1 acre).  The few newer homes are on .11 -.25 acre. Not only that, but the older construction is better than the homes being built today no matter the price range.   In this area,  you are close to the Mall of Georgia, Gwinnett Place Mall, The Gwinnett Civic Center, the Arena, the Performing Arts Center, many great restaurants, historic revamped cities of Suwanee, Buford, and Larenceville,  the Chamber of Commerce, many public parks, the best schools, lower gas prices, and many easy-access routes to travel to other areas.  Now we are adding a new attraction with the Gwinnett AAA Braves moving to the same area!  Yes, this area is more established with older homes and tree-lined streets, but has so much more to offer than a newer home being built today.  I'd be pleased to back up my point by showing you some of these better homes with more square footage and a chance to own a larger piece of Georgia!
